Instructions:

  • Cut the potatoes into French fries and fry them in oil over medium-high heat, season with salt and paprika.
    Cut the sausages (Chistorra Mr. Tango) into large pieces.
  • In a preheated skillet, add a bit of butter and oil.
  • Add the sausages and sauté them.
  • When they are browned, add 1 glass of soda and then 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • When they are slightly caramelized, add more soda, reduce the heat, and let them caramelize completely.
