Instructions:

  • Mix the ready-made arepa dough, cheese, milk, oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix, knead, and shape the dough.
  • For the hogao, sauté the chorizo (Choripaisa Mr. Tango) in a bit of oil, remove it to a bowl, and in the same oil, add green onion, tomato, cilantro, and salt.
  • In a skillet, brown the arepas on both sides.
  • Top the arepa with the hogao, chorizo, and cilantro, and enjoy.
